The following terms and conditions apply to the real estate and tourism agency TopAdria THIELE d.o.o., a Croatian company with limited liability. They are in Croatian language since THIELE d.o.o. is a Croatian company governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

Cancellation policy for holiday accommodation
Unless otherwise stated in the description of a specific accommodation, the following cancellation policy applies. A non-refundable 30% downpayment is due at the time of booking unless that time is less than 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival in which case the full payment is due. The sender incurs the bank fees from the originating bank and needs to add 10 Euro to the amount of the downpayment for the bank fees THIELE d.o.o. incurs for receiving a bank transfer. The remaining amount is due in full up to 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival. For cancellations up to 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival (and for any reasons given) the 30% deposit does not get refunded. For any cancellation thereafter, in case of no show or early departure, no refund will be issued. For any changes of a booking and a cancellation a 50 Euro administration fee is due.
